Contact details (name, email, phone, address), identity documents you upload, credit reports and scores, dispute history, messages with our team, and basic device and usage data.

To provide credit analysis, prepare and track disputes, deliver monitoring alerts, communicate with you, process payments, meet legal obligations, and improve our service.

Your credit report data is processed by AI models solely to analyze your report and draft letters for you. We do not use your data to advertise to you.

We share information only with credit bureaus and creditors when sending disputes you authorize, service providers who help run the platform (hosting, payments, mail), a referring partner if you came through one (progress summaries only), or when required by law. We never sell your personal information.

Files are stored in private, access-controlled storage, connections are encrypted, and staff access is role-based and logged. We never store your credit monitoring passwords.

If you consent, we may contact you by phone, text or email. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to opt out of texts at any time.

You may request a copy, correction or deletion of your information, and opt out of marketing. California and other state residents may have additional rights, including the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information — we do neither. We keep records for as long as your account is active and as required by law (credit repair records are typically kept for several years), then delete them securely.

Our service is not intended for anyone under 18.
